Support Go Lime in Concord as a Field Administrative Assistant. This entry-level full-time role is ideal for individuals eager to begin a career in office administration and contribute to team success.
Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Installation Department. Ideal candidates will be adept at organizing and processing various documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication among teams. Your ability to work independently in a busy environment will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Installation Department
• Organize digital and physical files efficiently
• Prepare and process work orders and reports
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in tasks
• Maintain accessible and accurate database information
Requirements:
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Previous administrative experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Resilient and self-motivated for a fast-paced setting
