AWGTA Ltd is seeking an Administrative Assistant to bolster its operations in the Greater Toronto Area. You will handle various responsibilities such as processing invoices, managing phone correspondence, and assisting with payroll. This position demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accounting and clerical functions for the office
• Compile and sort mail, invoices, and checks
• Manage phone calls and office correspondence
• Process bills for payment and issue checks
• Assist with payroll and employee benefits administration
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting/Business is an asset
• Minimum 1-year bookkeeping/administration experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Quick Books, and Payroll Software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High motivation and attention to detail
