As an Administrative Coordinator, you will report to the Director and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with the company's standards. With 2-4 years of relevant experience, you'll handle COIs, maintain tenant records in Yardi, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer daily operations for the Insurance & Risk Management team
• Track and review Certificates of Insurance for compliance
• Input and update tenant/vendor records accurately
• Manage documentation within SharePoint effectively
• Communicate with vendors and tenants to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of administrative experience
• Attention to detail for document accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
• Experience with SharePoint and Yardi preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
