GESI, a high-growth environmental services company, seeks a skilled Office Administrator for its Vaughan office. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team while overseeing daily operations and being the first point of contact for visitors. The position demands strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and meeting logistics across time zones
• Arrange international travel and monitor expense reports
• Serve as the first contact for visitors and maintain reception
• Oversee building maintenance requests and security badges
• Monitor and stock office and kitchen inventory
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in office administration
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Valid G License and reliable vehicle access
