As a full-time Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the life and group benefits teams. Engage in policy delivery, manage daily correspondence, and create client profiles.
Your role will significantly enhance our commitment to excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for policy delivery and renewals
• Handle daily correspondence in the broker management system
• Assist in creating new client profiles and triaging leads
• Prepare monthly referral bonuses and assist with licensing duties
• Provide backup for billing reports and quality checks
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Post-secondary education required
• Familiarity with Epic is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
