Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations
• Coordinate schedules and organize meetings effectively
• Track production information and inventory levels
• Monitor Microsoft Power BI reports for performance
• Distribute production documentation and maintain filing systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Previous administrative experience in manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
