In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including policy delivery and renewals, and manage client profiles. A strong focus on customer service, timely correspondence processing, and accuracy is essential. You will also assist with crucial duties like E&O and licensing, ensuring seamless operations for our advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for life and group benefits teams
• Process daily correspondence in the broker management system
• Manage client premium and commission transactions
• Assist with monthly client billing reports accuracy
• Support preparation of referral bonuses and special projects
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Post-secondary education;
Epic exposure is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Intermediate MS Office skills in Word and Excel
• Focus on accuracy and detail management
