Elevate your career as an Executive Assistant supporting the Finance Director and Park President. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage reports and meeting logistics effectively.
In this full-time position, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to senior leadership. You'll coordinate action items, prepare business documents, and assist in planning corporate events and travel. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a professional demeanor while overseeing front reception operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Director and Park President
• Coordinate action items and track meeting notes
• Prepare reports and business documents for leadership
• Oversee reception operations and greet visitors
• Assist in planning leadership meetings and events
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• At least three years of office experience with MS Office
• Well organized with great attention to detail
• Full-time availability for the contract period
• Positive attitude with teamwork skills
Support key park leadership functions and ensure smooth operations as an Executive Assistant.
