This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and requires two years of administrative experience in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Enter new contracts and product sales into CRM
• Maintain customer accounts and billing updates
• Process daily and month-end invoicing accurately
• Upload invoices to customer portals as needed
• Assist in resolving customer disputes with the accounting team
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience in busy environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High School Diploma required; college or university preferred
