This role serves as the strategic right hand to a CEO managing multiple financial entities. You will orchestrate competitive calendars, draft corporate correspondence, and act as a crucial liaison for various stakeholders. This is not your standard executive assistant role; your ability to thrive in organized chaos will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex calendars across multiple companies
• Prepare comprehensive agendas and briefing materials
• Manage travel arrangements and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Draft memos and corporate correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Track deliverables for special projects and maintain filing systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years supporting C-suite executives in professional services
• Financial and tech literacy in investments and mortgages
• Proven discretion with confidential information
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
