Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator for By Quality, you will support the Project Management team by overseeing onboarding, project setup, and documentation. You'll connect various departments and maintain organized communication with clients.

This position is ideal for an individual who excels in a quick‑paced setting while managing diverse priorities and details effectively.

• Process incoming client purchase orders and project awards
• Schedule internal project kickoff meetings and track agendas
• Assist Project Managers with client communications
• Initiate finish sample requests and track approvals
• Generate project status reports and updates as needed

• Diploma or Degree in related fields
• 2–5 years of relevant project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems and document management
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
