Join GANZ as a Hybrid Executive Assistant based in Vaughan, ON. Provide essential administrative support to the Executive Vice President while managing multiple projects and schedules.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to our Executive Vice President. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and excel in a dynamic, multitasking environment. You will handle daily administrative tasks using tools like Sunsama and Asana while maintaining confidentiality and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support for the Executive Vice President
• Manage schedules and projects using Sunsama and Asana
• Adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all communications
• Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude under pressure
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in an executive assistant role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Google Universe, and MS Office Suites
• Strong time-management abilities
• Eligible for hybrid work setting
