Position: BBYO Eastern Operations Associate
Support a dynamic youth organization as an Operations Associate with BBYO in Eastern Canada. This role emphasizes process organization and enhancing participant experiences.

Joining BBYO as an Operations Associate positions you at the heart of operations management. You will support educational programs and events that make a difference for Jewish teens, ensuring efficient administration and streamlined processes. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing registrations and financial documentation while improving workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee registration processes for various events

• Develop and manage participant documentation

• Coordinate materials and logistics for programs

• Assist in financial tracking and reporting

• Maintain and improve organizational processes

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Excellent organizational capabilities and multitasking skills

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• Experience with CRM systems and administrative tools preferred

• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in Canada
