Maintenance Clerk; Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Verisae (CMMS) Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across all Canadian locations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate system data, supporting users, tracking work orders, and ensuring preventive maintenance activities are properly managed within the platform. The work hours are flexible.

• Administer and maintain the Verisae CMMS platform for all Canadian sites.
• Create and update asset, equipment, vendor, and location information.
• Monitor and manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• provide excel spreadsheet documents for work order
• Provide user support and training for CMMS-related inquiries.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the system.
• Liaise with Operations, Maintenance teams, and service providers as needed.

• Moderate computer proficiency and ability to learn and navigate software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance management, or database systems is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• A customer-service mindset and willingness to support users across multiple locations.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• A commitment to maintaining accurate data and supporting operational efficiency.
