Advance your career with SOMA Medical Assessments as a Full-Time Medical Documents Coordinator. This entry-level position focuses on processing and managing medical documents critical to independent evaluations.
You will be responsible for the efficient sorting and distribution of medical briefs, working closely with various stakeholders. Operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, you will develop essential skills and contribute to our mission of facilitating fair claims settlements across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Scan and upload documents as per assessment dates
• Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents
• Check for duplicates and privacy compliance
• Monitor workload queues to meet departmental deadlines
Requirements:
• Proficient in various software including Microsoft Office
• Strong English language skills for effective communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Familiarity with medical/insurance documentation is beneficial
• Flexibility and reliability in a busy environment
