This full-time position as a Service Assistant involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating a smooth service process at Porsche Centre Vaughan. You'll contribute to operational excellence by assisting in vehicle maintenance and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide customers upon arrival
• Clarify and act on verbal work orders
• Attend to cleanliness and stocking of the coffee area
• Refill windshield washer fluid in customer vehicles
• Wash cars after service completion
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in automotive setting preferred
• Proficient in driving a manual vehicle
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with good abstract
• Team-oriented with a fast-paced work ethic
