At Assured Automotive, we’re dedicated to providing outstanding collision repair services and are in search of a Repair Planner to ensure superior customer experiences. You’ll leverage your estimating knowledge to execute precise appraisals and work effectively with team members to meet KPIs. This role demands effective communication and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Diagnose collision and refinishing damages accurately
• Assign jobs to body technicians as needed
• Manage parts ordering and sublet repairs
• Maintain high quality documentation in MIS
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years collision estimating experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of estimating software
• I-Car certification preferred or in progress
• Strong customer service orientation
