Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold the WOW (Wow Operating Way) standard
• Diagnose collision damage including refinishing operations
• Assign technicians to specific repair work as necessary
• Order parts and manage vendor relationships for repairs
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years experience in collision estimating
• Expertise in Audatex and Mitchell estimating software
• I-Car Registered or actively pursuing certification
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
