Additional Requirements
Must hold a valid Canadian passport
Willing and able to travel internationally for training (1–2 weeks in the UK)
Willing to travel within Canada to client sites approximately 1–2 times per quarter

Overview
An international organization within the apparel, textiles, uniform, and workwear industry is expanding into Canada and opening a new office in the Concord area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at the ground-floor level and play a key role in establishing and scaling Canadian operations.
The Bilingual Account Manager will oversee the full customer experience, manage key client relationships, and ensure contractual and commercial objectives are achieved while supporting overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
Fully bilingual in French and English (oral and written) - THIS IS A MUST
2–3 years of experience in Account Management
Preference for experience in apparel, textiles, uniforms, or retail environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned customer accounts
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
Ensure customer objectives, agreements, and contractual obligations are met
Monitor and manage contractual KPIs with regular client communication
Interpret customer strategies, business objectives, and market conditions
Develop, implement, and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term account strategies
Identify opportunities to grow revenue, margins, and service offerings
Lead and support internal project teams to deliver agreed objectives
Identify and implement process and service improvements
Act as a positive role model and support members of the commercial team
