You will be responsible for the design and continuous improvement of Fastfrate's customer-facing tools.
Your role as a business liaison will involve gathering requirements and collaborating on product features that enhance the customer journey. Through your efforts, you will improve operational efficiencies and user satisfaction.

• Own the digital shipping systems and their enhancements
• Identify customer pain points and design intuitive solutions
• Collaborate closely with development teams for implementation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 3–5+ years in product management or business analysis
• Experience with transportation or logistics platforms
• Strong skills in user experience and requirement gathering
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
