- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Guidewire Policy Center initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technology stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria/use cases
- Support Policy Center enhancements, integrations, cloud migration readiness, remediation activities, and production support initiatives
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, assess impacts, and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA, architecture, and business SMEs to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as intended
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning activities
- Assist QA teams with test scenario review, test case validation, UAT coordination, defect triage, and business sign-off activities
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and requirement changes, ensuring timely escalation and clear communication with stakeholders
- Prepare clear documentation, status updates, presentations, and leadership-ready summaries as required
