Salary: Up to $170,000

Senior Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale construction projects in Vaughan, ON. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably within Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional projects
, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including planning, coordinating, and supervising trades, subcontractors, and site staff.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project managers, consultants, and stakeholders, reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing best practices for efficient construction delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities and teams effectively, using strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Apply budgeting, cost control, and resource management to support project success.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience.
  • Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional projects.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
