Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their expanding team, focusing on interior construction and modifications of industrial facilities. Successful candidates should have 3 to 8+ years of estimating experience in ICI construction, especially with base building and structural scopes. This role demands proficiency in estimating software and strong analytical skills to analyze drawings, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise cost estimates for construction projects

• Analyze structural drawings and specifications

• Solicit and assess subcontractor pricing

• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis

• Collaborate with project management for smooth project handover

Requirements:

• 3–8+ years estimating experience in ICI construction

• Background in base building or industrial projects preferred

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
