Position: Construction Estimator Role

Reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction and Estimating, you will play a key role within the construction and engineering sectors. Your skill in analyzing project specifications will facilitate effective communication with project managers and architects, ensuring successful project execution. Utilize specialized software to enhance your cost estimation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural documents to grasp the scope of projects

• Quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements

• Assess potential risks influencing project costs

• Maintain organized records of estimates and bids

• Present comprehensive bids to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of construction principles

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
