The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in estimating within the construction industry. You will analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare precise labor and material estimates. Your ability to liaise with various stakeholders ensures project feasibility and supports effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints to determine work requirements

• Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates

• Use CADD software for project specifications

• Monitor contract expenditures and make adjustments

• Communicate with engineers and contractors on changes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in construction estimating

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Project

• Experience with Autodesk REVIT

• Familiarity with commercial and institutional construction

• Excellent organizational and oral communication skills
