Construction Project Coordinator

Position: Construction Project Coordinator Opportunity
Join Buttcon as a Construction Project Coordinator and be a key player in the execution of innovative building projects. This role combines coordination and team leadership to drive project success.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating various construction tasks and mentoring less experienced coordinators. Your duties include maintaining documentation, developing project schedules, and ensuring effective communication among all project participants. This position is critical for aligning project deliverables with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of construction projects

• Mentor and coach junior project staff for performance

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting

• Monitor project schedules, including milestones and timelines

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical training

• At least 5 years of experience in construction roles

• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Project

• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and Procore software

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
