Our client is currently looking for a talented Estimator to support their growing portfolio in industrial and structural projects. Ideal candidates will have substantial estimating experience, particularly in the ICI construction sector, and be well-versed in analyzing construction drawings and specifications. This role will allow you to engage in exciting projects while working closely with operations and project teams for effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create thorough cost estimates for construction assignments

• Analyze and interpret structural modification specifications

• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers

• Conduct quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis

• Collaborate with project teams for seamless transitions

Requirements:

• 3–8+ years estimating experience in ICI construction

• Background in structural and base building projects preferred

• Ability to interpret construction drawings effectively

• Understanding of Ontario subcontractor pricing structures

• Proficient with estimating software and take-offs
