Position: Expert Estimator Needed at Buttcon
Buttcon Limited seeks an Expert Estimator to join our dynamic team. Leverage your skills in cost assessment across construction and engineering sectors for project success.

In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the Director of Pre-Construction and Estimating. Your ability to analyze blueprints and specifications will be vital in determining the feasibility and financial health of various projects. Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain an organized estimate record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents for comprehensive understanding

• Identify and quantify required materials and labor

• Utilize analytical software for accurate cost calculations

• Coordinate with architects and engineers for precise estimations

• Prepare competitive bids with all cost components included

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or relevant field

• Minimum of 3 years in construction estimating

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in construction estimating software

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
