Position: Civil Construction Superintendent with KAPP

You’ll be an essential player in overseeing project execution, similar to high-profile civil works while managing the construction teams and resources effectively. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and effective tracking of project progress while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will be key to delivering superior projects on time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction processes and deliver quality work

• Coordinate effectively with project management and regulatory bodies

• Maintain communication with subcontractors and stakeholders

• Document project progress and resolve deficiencies

• Ensure safety compliance in all project phases

Requirements:

• 5-10 years as a Civil Superintendent in construction

• Experience in heavy civil projects, especially bridges

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

• Familiarity with industry safety standards

• Strong organizational and communication skills
