With over 30 years in the industry, ARISTA needs a Site Superintendent with extensive experience in managing residential construction. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production schedules, enforce quality standards, and maintain compliance with Ontario Building Code. A minimum of 5 years' supervision experience is essential for fostering effective teamwork and achieving superior homeowner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and manage the production schedule

• Lead a diverse team of construction professionals

• Inspect and coordinate trades across all build phases

• Report deficiencies and completion dates with software tools

• Promote safety through regular engagements with teams

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in residential construction supervision

• Proficient in Ontario Building Code regulations

• Ability to interpret and act on construction plans

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills

• Safety certifications to be obtained if not current
