The successful candidate will work directly with Project Managers to support commercial construction initiatives. Key tasks involve managing client and contractor communications, tracking project timelines and budgets, and coordinating the selection of materials and fixtures. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Manager in coordination efforts
• Manage project communication and deliverables efficiently
• Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones
• Coordinate material and finish selections with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Prior construction industry experience is required
• Experience in a Project Coordinator or management role preferred
