Make a difference as an Internal Estimate Drafter II at On Side Restoration, working hybrid to refine project scopes into actionable estimates. Use your advanced Xactimate skills to support critical restoration work.

In this full-time role, your responsibilities include interpreting complex project details from Doku Sketch tours and creating structured Xactimate estimates. You'll ensure the accuracy of estimates while maintaining compliance with insurance and company practices, all in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documentation for detailed loss interpretation

• Construct accurate Xactimate estimates for restoration projects

• Identify scope discrepancies and communicate effectively

• Keep estimates organized and ready for audit

• Mentor junior drafters and share best practices

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Xactimate estimating software

•

Required:

Xactimate Level 2 certification;
Level 3 is advantageous

• Knowledge of restoration workflows and compliance

• High attention to detail and critical thinking skills

• Ability to juggle multiple estimates and deadlines
