Wood Frame Project Coordinator

Join a reputable construction firm in Vaughan as a Project Coordinator specializing in wood frame developments. Showcase your project management skills while overseeing multi-residential construction.

This role involves working on purpose-built apartment projects, valued at $2.5M to $3.0M each. You will collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Estimators, and contractors during all phases of construction, while effectively managing documentation and schedules using Procore and Microsoft Project. Your contributions will facilitate seamless communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in preparing project-specific scopes for tendering

• Maintain essential project documentation and records

• Assist with construction schedules and updates

• Serve as the communication point for project stakeholders

• Attend project sites for monitoring and coordination

Requirements:

• Must have experience with one complete wood frame project

• Understanding of CCDC contracts is an advantage

• Familiarity with Procore and Autodesk tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
