Key Responsibilities:

• Develop estimates for labor and material costs

• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Create economic feasibility studies for projects

• Prepare and submit bids and reports

• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems

Requirements:

• Must be a Canadian permanent or temporary resident with work authorization

• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

• Experience with quantity take-off procedures

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to liaise effectively with project stakeholders
