Advance your professional journey with an Estimator position at State, based in Vaughan, Ontario. This permanent role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in preparing takeoffs for various facade systems.
In this position, you will report directly to the Estimating Manager. Your key focus will be ensuring accurate project estimations for Window Wall and Curtain Wall projects. With a minimum of three years of related experience, you will enhance project scope understanding, collaborate with both clients and vendors, and ensure that all project documentation aligns with requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage project files effectively
• Review scope documents for estimation accuracy
• Confirm inclusions/exclusions of the project scope
• Partner with teams to finalize bid documents
• Participate in Estimating-related meetings regularly
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• At least 3 years in Estimating within construction
• Familiarity with facade systems advantageous
• Construction Estimation Certification preferred
• Must work on-site in Vaughan
