KAPP Infrastructure, a leader in heavy civil work for over 40 years, needs a skilled Civil Site Superintendent. You will report to the Operations Manager and VP of Construction, coordinating with project managers and contractors while ensuring the highest safety standards and quality. This role requires travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to oversee multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, at high quality

• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders

• Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials

• Communicate project status to all parties involved

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• 5-10 years as a Civil Construction Superintendent

• Background in sewer/watermain, roadworks, and bridges

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel

• Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
