• Oversee and manage 3-6 renovation projects concurrently

• Collaborate with Crew Leaders for seamless execution

• Conduct weekly site visits and audits of progress

• Foster transparent communication among all stakeholders

• Review job costing and implement efficient workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in residential renovation

• Proven ability to handle $100K-$400K project budgets

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and home systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required
