Lead Estimator Manager at State

Become the Lead Estimator Manager at State located in Vaughan, Ontario. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to guide a skilled team towards achieving precise and competitive estimates.

As the Estimating Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Estimating and have a hand in key operational decisions.

Your role will be essential in mentoring estimators, ensuring compliance, and streamlining estimating processes. Candidates should possess at least five years of relevant experience in the construction industry and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team performance and deadlines

• Review estimates for completeness and project compliance

• Maintain consistency in Estimating methods and tools

• Engage in complex estimates as necessary

• Ensure documentation and version control are maintained

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields

• 5+ years of Estimating experience in construction

• At least 2 years in a supervision role

• Familiarity with facade systems preferred

• Construction Estimation Certification is an asset
