Key Responsibilities:
• Support safety training and education initiatives.
• Influence safe behavior through on-site worker engagement.
• Develop and communicate effective HSE messaging.
• Collaborate during site inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Analyze safety data to enhance programs and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in construction.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Availability for travel throughout Edmonton and Northern Alberta.
