Junior Construction Estimator in Concord

Advance your career at RONI EXCAVATING LIMITED as a Junior Estimator, located in Concord, ON. This full-time, on-site role focuses on cost estimation and project management.

As part of our team, you’ll prepare labor and material cost estimates while reading and interpreting detailed blueprints. Your ability to liaise with engineers and contractors will support the accuracy of project bids. This position is instrumental in setting cost monitoring systems and preparing economic feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for labor and material expenses

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Conduct economic feasibility studies for projects

• Submit detailed cost reports and bids

• Monitor and adjust contract expenditures as needed

Requirements:

• Must have valid work authorization in Canada

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word usage

• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills

• Understanding of quantity take-off procedures

• Familiarity with construction workflows and processes
