We are looking for a skilled Asphalt Milling Operator to manage large milling machines on various municipal and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate large asphalt milling machines

• Undertake depth-controlled milling as per specifications

• Perform daily inspections of equipment

• Collaborate with truck drivers and supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience

• Experience with cold planer machines such as Wirtgen or CAT

• Valid driver’s licence (AZ/DZ a plus)

• Physical ability to work outdoors and in various conditions

• Strong communication and safety mindset
