As a Residential Renovation Project Manager at SOSNA, you'll lead various home renovation projects, enhancing both our processes and customer experiences. You will coordinate with internal crews and external trades, fostering effective communication among all stakeholders.

Your role is essential in ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion while maintaining our esteemed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3-6 renovation projects concurrently

• Audit projects with weekly job site visits

• Communicate project progress with all parties

• Oversee schedules, trade coordination, and inspections

• Develop and refine project systems and workflows

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in residential renovation

• Strong project management of $100K-$400K renovations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to create effective processes and documentation

• Valid driver's license required
