What You'll Do Here
Schedule work crews and assist with site inspections, locates, and permits
Prepare and manage job trackers to oversee project status
Submit progress billings with relevant backup and interface with client representatives, taking ownership of assigned projects
Manage inventory, procure specialty materials/tools, and maintain small tool certifications
Monitor equipment status, idling/utilization reports, and correct misallocations
Assist with vendor pricing agreements and subcontractor safety documentation
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
Review Quality Assurance non-conformances and follow up with training
Organize yard materials/equipment and process incoming shipments in collaboration with the project team
Analyze operational data and generate reports for customers
Deliver rush materials/tools to crews and perform other duties as required
What You Bring To The Team
A recent graduate in Civil, Electrical or Construction Technology, ready to apply your technical foundation in a practical project environment
1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields—motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Exposure to utility construction is considered a strong asset
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and MS Project, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present project information effectively
Strong communication, organization, adaptability, and a self‑driven approach to learning and problem‑solving
A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting project success
Self‑started, with an eagerness to expand knowledge base and grow with the team
Valid driver’s license for travel to project sites as and when required
Pay
The expected pay range for this role is $58,000 - $70,000 per year. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
