What You'll Do Here- Schedule work crews and assist with site inspections, locates, and permits
- Prepare and manage job trackers to oversee project status
- Submit progress billings with relevant backup and interface with client representatives, taking ownership of assigned projects
- Manage inventory, procure specialty materials/tools, and maintain small tool certifications
- Monitor equipment status, idling/utilization reports, and correct misallocations
- Assist with vendor pricing agreements and subcontractor safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
- Review Quality Assurance non-conformances and follow up with training
- Organize yard materials/equipment and process incoming shipments in collaboration with the project team
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for customers
- Deliver rush materials/tools to crews and perform other duties as required
- A recent graduate in Civil, Electrical or Construction Technology, ready to apply your technical foundation in a practical project environment
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields—motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Exposure to utility construction is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and MS Project, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present project information effectively
- Strong communication, organization, adaptability, and a self‑driven approach to learning and problem‑solving
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting project success
- Self‑started, with an eagerness to expand knowledge base and grow with the team
- Valid driver’s license for travel to project sites as and when required
The expected pay range for this role is $58,000 - $70,000 per year. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
