As the Senior Civil Sewer and Watermain Manager, your focus will be on overseeing the civil sewer and watermain division, guiding projects from concept to completion. You'll lead a team of project managers and field crews, ensuring that all aspects of utility installation, excavation, and roadworks meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Strong project oversight is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of civil sewer and watermain projects
• Lead and mentor project managers and site staff
• Ensure proper execution and coordination of projects
• Represent RONI Group in key project discussions
• Align civil operations with company business objectives
Requirements:
• 10+ years in civil construction and underground utilities
• 5+ years in a senior management or director role
• Demonstrated experience in managing large civil projects
• Expertise in ICI construction within Ontario
• Understanding of civil construction processes and inspections
Use your leadership to enhance RONI Group's civil operations and project effectiveness.
