Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

• Plan and implement overall project, including subcontract award, scheduling, construction, and project closeout.
• Complete detailed estimate review, prepare subcontractor scopes of work, and issue subcontractor contracts for all scopes of work to be completed on the project
• Manage Site Superintendents and Project Coordinators to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements
• Interact regularly and support the site team to assess and mitigate issues as required
• Provide technical input for contractual matters
• Develop, implement, and monitor the construction schedule to deliver the project on time and on budget – work with Site Superintendent and Field Operations Manager
• Evaluate, prepare, and manage all project change order documents
• Work with Project Coordinator and Site Superintendent to manage all project documents, RFIs, submittals
• Work with Operations Manager to prepare and issue monthly progress billings and update monthly project cost tracking reports

• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in ICI construction in the Canadian Construction Sector
• Healthcare experience is an asset
• Experienced with scheduling software and Gantt charts
• Highly experienced and proficient with MS Office, Jonas Premier Software ,Microsoft Project etc
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must
• Excellent time management, and organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and able to complete competing priorities
• Must be able to commute to head office daily, and periodically travel to sites across the GTA

We offer a highly competitive compensation package. Base Salary $100,000 - $160,000
