As a key player, you will spearhead the estimating and proposal processes, ensuring bids meet the high standards and values of TNDC.
Your role will entrench partnerships with the Indigenous community while leading the technical aspects of proposals and enhancing business strategies. Coming with 5-10 years of relevant experience, your analytical skills will transform client insights into tangible bid solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define strategic bidding in collaboration with business leads
• Develop narrative proposals reflecting TNDC's unique offerings
• Attend client meetings and negotiations as a technical representative
• Customize each proposal to specific client needs
• Prepare detailed bid estimates from project documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related
• 5-10 years estimating experience in BC’s heavy civil or mining
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies
• Experience leading and mentoring teams
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
