Senior Project Manager in ICI Construction

Lead impactful projects as a Senior Project Manager with Chart Construction Management. Oversee planning, coordination, and implementation while ensuring timeline and budget adherence.

In this senior role, you will manage projects in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Your responsibilities will include developing project timelines, managing subcontractor agreements, and overseeing Site Superintendents and Project Coordinators. With your strong background in construction project management, you will also be instrumental in mitigating issues and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement overall project timelines and scopes

• Conduct detailed estimate reviews and manage subcontractor contracts

• Supervise Site Superintendents to maintain compliance

• Provide technical input for contract-related matters

• Prepare and manage change order documents as required

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in related field required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICI construction

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Must commute to head office daily and travel across the GTA
