Lead complex construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area as a Senior Project Manager. This role requires proven expertise in managing capital improvements effectively and aligning with client expectations.

We seek a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion. You will evaluate bid specifications and lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring project goals and timelines are met. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects effectively

Requirements:
