As a key support role, the Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent. You’ll maintain project files, manage schedules, and coordinate communications with subcontractors and clients. Your attention to detail will ensure all documentation is accurate, and you'll be responsible for meeting minutes and final document turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project work planning and scheduling

• Organize and maintain project site files and documents

• Review subcontractor and supplier progress applications

• Prepare detailed meeting minutes for project stakeholders

• Coordinate timely resolution of project deficiencies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a project support role

• Experience with project controls and financial management

• Familiarity with MS Office, especially MS Project

• Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
